1939 Games is committed to maintaining a healthy, fair, and positive environment in KARDS. We greatly value the feedback from our community and extend our sincerest thanks to every player who respects the rules and helps keep the battlefield a place for fair competition.
Using third-party tools or otherwise interfering with the KARDS game client is a serious breach of the KARDS Terms of Use and will not be tolerated. Even if a tool appears harmless, using it may have serious consequences. Any account found in breach of these rules will be subject to immediate suspension, which may be permanent.
We strongly urge all players to refrain from using any tools or methods that attempt to modify the game’s functionality or data.
A positive game environment is built and protected by all of us. If you encounter a player you suspect may be violating the rules, please report them through our official channels:

To help our team investigate, please include as much relevant information as possible, such as your in-game name, your opponent’s details, match information (including timezone), and any supporting evidence (screenshots and/or video recordings).
Based on our system monitoring and the verification of player reports, 5,578 game accounts confirmed to have committed serious violations have been issued permanent bans as of March 3, 2026.
